The Staff Product Manager will lead major initiatives across financial products and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical constraints while maintaining a hands-on approach throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn company strategy, customer needs and technical constraints into a clear sequence of initiatives.
- Own customer journeys from discovery and onboarding through position management.
- Translate institutional needs into reusable capabilities and integrations.
- Use working prototypes to test customer and partner workflows.
- Lead initiatives from requirements through design, engineering, testing and release.
- Define success and measurement upfront and use feedback for improvements.
