Interspace Studio organizes Sidequest: Explore Mumbai from Wednesday, November 4, through Saturday, November 7, 2026. The initiative offers curated walking tours and cultural excursions across historic Mumbai neighborhoods.
What to expect
Each excursion is guided by knowledgeable local hosts passionate about Mumbai's heritage, architecture, and cuisine:
- Guided walks through historic South Mumbai, exploring Victorian Gothic architecture, the Gateway of India, and art deco promenades along Marine Drive.
- Heritage food walks sampling iconic street food specialties, authentic Irani cafes, and coastal Maharashtrian dishes.
- Small group cohorts (10 to 15 people) designed to encourage friendly dialogue and cross-cultural friendship among global builders.
Who should attend
The tours are designed for international developers, researchers, founders, and traveling companions visiting India for Devcon who want to experience the city's rich culture beyond conference halls.
Venue and schedule
Tours depart daily at scheduled morning and afternoon times from designated meeting hubs across South Mumbai and Bandra. Detailed route maps and timings are provided upon sign-up.
Registration and admission
Participation is free with voluntary community sign-ups. Capacity per walking group is capped to preserve a personal, immersive tour experience.
